Although not necessary, I did make a trip to Algeciras where they have their offices and met Patricia my solicitor with whom I signed the Power of Attorney.

Patricia took care of proceedings from then and her youthfulness belies her steely resolve to ensure matters were conducted with my best interests. At one point, we had uncertainty about my mortgage but Patricia held the situation well and completed on time to an anxious vendor. Sometimes it takes awhile to adjust to the slightly different use of the English language but then my Spanish wasn't good enough for formal transactions.If any of my friends follow in my footsteps and find a dream they wish to realise in Spain, of course I'd recommend Costaluzlawyers to them.
