In 2006 we invested a bank guaranteed off plan development on an established 27 hole golf course in Murcia. Our completion date was December 2007. The apartments were never built and our conveyancing solicitor gave us inaccurate advise about our bank guarantee and took us down an expensive route which was never going to result in the return our deposit.
